Control the fire of slum in Mirpur

Online Blog: Yasin Ali Molla slaughter house in Mirpur number 12 of the slum area came under control. It is known that about two thousand houses were burnt down in the fire.
Today, on Monday, at around 7:20 am, fire control came in 23 units of local people and fire service.
The fire started from the north side of the slum at around 4am. Within a short time it spread to the south and the whole area was covered with smoke.
Confirming the matter, Fire Service Director (Operation) Major Shakil Newaz said that the fire was completely controlled by the local people at 7:20 am. They have 23 units working to control the fire completely.
Fire service director said, most of the garment workers' slum dwellers. There was a lot of jhut in their house. As a result the fire spread rapidly.
Major Shakeel also said that slums are very narrow. Because of this, fire service cars took a lot of time to go to the spot. Without it the air was outside. All of them have got a lot of speed to control the fire.
Major Shakil could not tell the exact number of casualties. However, he confirmed that he was a woman.
